Frequently asked questions

A site report records the date and attendees, the observations raised during the visit with their zone and trade, the owner and deadline for each item, and the unresolved items carried forward from the previous meeting with their original numbering.
Each observation needs a stable identifier, an owner, a deadline, and a status. Unresolved items are carried into the next report automatically with their history, which avoids rebuilding the list by hand every week.
It depends on the tool. Some only allow offline reading. Check that capturing observations, attaching photos, and syncing when connectivity returns all genuinely work, since that is the normal situation during a site visit.
Property aftercare covers handling buyer claims after handover: qualifying the request, attaching it to the responsible contractor, scheduling the intervention, and recording evidence of the fix, particularly during the one-year garantie de parfait achèvement.
